Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your OPNIION account or personal data by contacting our support team.

How to request deletion

Email support@opniion.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

Please include enough information for us to identify your account, such as:

• the email address connected to your account, if applicable;
• your OPNIION username;
• whether you want to delete your account, specific data, or both.

Processing time

We aim to process deletion requests within around 30 days. We may ask for additional information if we need to verify account ownership.

Data that may be retained

Some anonymized, aggregated, or limited data may be retained when needed for safety, integrity, analytics, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. We do not use this retained data to identify you unless required for those purposes.
