Last Updated: June 2026

Our Commitment

OPNIION is committed to maintaining a safe environment and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

These Child Safety Standards explain how OPNIION prohibits, reports, and responds to content or behavior that may put minors at risk.

1. Prohibited Content and Conduct

OPNIION strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation.

OPNIION strictly prohibits sexual content involving minors, including images, videos, written content, comments, usernames, profile information, or any other material that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or harms a minor.

Users may not use OPNIION to solicit, groom, coerce, exploit, traffic, threaten, or otherwise endanger minors.

Users may not share, request, promote, link to, or attempt to distribute child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors.

2. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report child safety concerns, policy violations, abusive behavior, or illegal content through OPNIION support channels.

3. Enforcement

When OPNIION identifies content or behavior that violates these Child Safety Standards, we may take action including content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, or permanent account termination.

We may also preserve relevant information and cooperate with law enforcement, child safety organizations, or other relevant authorities when required by law or when we believe it is necessary to protect users.

4. Reports and Review

OPNIION reviews child safety reports and other policy reports to determine whether content, accounts, or behavior violate our standards.

Submitting a report does not guarantee a specific outcome, but child safety concerns are treated seriously and reviewed with priority.

We may limit access to reported content while we review it or remove it when it violates our policies.

5. Related Policies

These Child Safety Standards work together with the OPNIION Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

The Community Guidelines explain broader safety and conduct rules.

The Terms of Service explain the rules for using OPNIION and possible enforcement actions.

The Privacy Policy explains how OPNIION handles personal information, reports, user content, and legal requests.

6. Updates

We may update these Child Safety Standards as our product, safety practices, or legal obligations evolve.

Updated versions become effective when published.
