Our Goal
OPNIION exists to help people ask questions, compare options, gather opinions, and receive feedback without social pressure.
To keep OPNIION useful, respectful, and safe, all users must follow these Community Guidelines.
These Guidelines apply to:

Images
Comments
Usernames
Profile information
Votes
Ratings
Interactions
Any other activity on OPNIION
Violations may result in content removal, account restrictions, suspension, or permanent account termination.
1. Respect Other People
Treat other users with respect.
Do not:
Harass others
Bully others
Intimidate others
Threaten others
Encourage abuse
Organize attacks against individuals or groups
Disagreements are allowed.
Personal attacks are not.
2. No Hate Speech
Do not post content that attacks, degrades, promotes hatred toward, or discriminates against people based on characteristics such as:

Disability
Gender
Sexual orientation
Gender identity
Age
Content intended to promote hatred, exclusion, or discrimination is not allowed.
3. No Sexual Exploitation or Explicit Pornography
Do not post:
Pornographic content
Explicit sexual acts
Sexual exploitation content
Sexual content involving minors
Content intended to sexually exploit or harm others
Any content involving the sexual exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.
4. No Graphic Violence
Do not post:
Graphic injuries
Gore
Dismemberment
Extreme violence
Content intended to shock or traumatize viewers
Discussion of difficult topics may be allowed when presented responsibly and without graphic imagery.
5. No Self-Harm Promotion
Do not encourage, promote, glorify, or instruct:
Self-harm
Suicide
Eating disorders
Dangerous physical challenges
Users seeking professional support should contact appropriate emergency or healthcare services.
6. No Illegal Activities
Do not use OPNIION to:
Commit crimes
Promote criminal activity
Sell illegal goods
Facilitate fraud
Facilitate scams
Promote illegal drug trafficking
Promote violent extremist activity
7. Protect Privacy
Do not publish private information about others without permission.
Examples include:
Home addresses
Phone numbers
Private email addresses
Government identification numbers
Financial information
Private documents
"Doxxing" is prohibited.
8. No Impersonation
You may use:
Pseudonyms
Nicknames
Online identities
However, you may not impersonate:
Another person
A public figure
A company
A brand
An organization
in a misleading or deceptive way.
9. No Spam
Do not:
Send repetitive content
Post misleading promotions
Create spam accounts
Distribute unwanted advertising
Use automated systems to spam users
Content intended primarily to drive traffic, manipulate engagement, or overwhelm users may be removed.
10. Keep Results Authentic
OPNIION is built around authentic opinions.
Do not:
Manipulate votes
Create fake engagement
Use bots
Coordinate artificial voting activity
Create accounts intended to distort results
Users who attempt to manipulate outcomes may lose access to the Service.
11. Anonymous Does Not Mean Unaccountable
Anonymous Posts allow users to hide their identity from other users.
Anonymous posting does not allow:
Harassment
Hate speech
Threats
Spam
Fraud
Circumvention of moderation actions
OPNIION may identify the author of Anonymous Posts when necessary for moderation, security, support, or legal compliance.
12. Selected Contacts Content
Selected Contacts posts are intended to be shared with specific people chosen by the author.
If you participate in a Selected Contacts post:
Be respectful;
Provide honest feedback;
Respect the trust placed in you.
Remember:
The author may see your responses;
The author may see your comments;
Other invited participants cannot see your responses.
Although OPNIION restricts access within the Service, recipients may still take screenshots or share content outside the platform.
13. Intellectual Property
Only upload content that you have the right to use.
Do not post content that infringes:
Copyright
Trademark rights
Privacy rights
Other legal rights
Repeated infringement may result in account restrictions or termination.
14. Reporting Content
If you believe content or behavior violates these Guidelines, you may submit a report through available reporting tools.
Submitting a report does not guarantee that content will be removed.
OPNIION reviews reports and may take action where appropriate.
15. Enforcement
When violations occur, OPNIION may take actions including:
Removing content
Restricting features
Limiting visibility
Suspending accounts
Permanently terminating accounts
The severity of enforcement may depend on:
The nature of the violation
Repeated violations
Risk to users
Legal requirements

We may update these Community Guidelines as OPNIION evolves.
Updated versions become effective when published.
